PostMinder reads your website, works out what your customers actually want to know, and writes your next month of posts and articles around it. You read and approve each piece. After that it tells you what to post and when, with the words ready to copy and the picture ready to save.

What it takes off you
Marketing a small business is not one job. It is thinking of something to say, writing it, making it suit the channel, and then remembering to put it up on the right day, every week, in between the actual work.
Every piece arrives already written, from what your website already says about you. You change what you want changed and leave the rest alone.
A month of posts is twenty separate occasions to think of something, write it, and remember to put it up. This is one sitting to read the month and say yes.
Approve a piece and choose its day. Press "Post it for me" and it goes out on that day without you: that is what we are switching on next, one channel at a time. Until yours is on, the piece arrives on your phone with the words already written, so either way you are not writing it and not remembering it.
Your part
Setting it up is three steps, and none of them is writing. After that your only job is reading what it wrote and saying yes.
We read the site the way a new customer would. No website? Ten questions do the same job: six about your business, and four about your work that make what we write noticeably better.
You get an editable summary of your business. Correct anything wrong. Everything written afterwards comes from it.
Thirty days planned across your channels, dated and waiting on you. Your 10 pieces come written; you see the whole month either way, not just the part we have written. Approve it, edit it, or throw a piece out.
Your channels
Every piece is written for the channel it is going to. A LinkedIn post reads like LinkedIn. A Google Business post is short and local. Nothing is copied and pasted between them.
No invented prices, services, qualifications, awards, statistics or guarantees. If it was not told something it writes around the gap rather than filling it in, and you read everything before it goes anywhere.
A service you never promote. An area you cover but never mention. A question customers keep asking that you have never answered anywhere.
Every piece comes with a line saying what to photograph: the finished room from the doorway, the van outside the job. Your own photographs, kept in one place and reused across posts as often as you like. Never stock images, because the work in the picture should be yours.
TikTok and YouTube Shorts are a video with words under it, so those come with a filming brief instead: one continuous clip, phone held upright, ten to thirty seconds, and what to point it at. Filmed on your phone and posted from the same phone, so nothing has to be uploaded here first.
Facebook and Instagram advert copy: primary text, headline, description and which button to choose, as a single image, a carousel or a video. You paste it into Ads Manager yourself, and we never place adverts, spend any money or touch your ad account. This one is on the Business plan and above rather than the free trial.
Early access
We will not pretend to know the date. It is still being tested, and testing is the part that should not be rushed: the whole point of this product is that it does not get anything wrong in front of your customers. What we can promise is that you will hear from us the moment it is worth your time.
