This service is operated by Forge Digital Services Ltd, and using it means accepting these terms. It is a company registered in England and Wales, number 17421027, with its registered office at M20 Maidstone Studios, Vinters Business Park, New Cut Road, Maidstone, England, ME14 5NZ.

Forge Digital Services Ltd develops and publishes its own software: subscription web applications for small businesses, designed, built, hosted and supported in house rather than under contract to anybody else.

These terms cover PostMinder. Other products the company sells are bought separately and carry their own terms, so nothing here gives you a right to them or ties your subscription to them.

You have to be 18 or over to agree to these terms and to hold an account. PostMinder is a paid service for people running a business, and it is not meant for children.

PostMinder is not available in the European Union or the European Economic Area at the moment. If you live or are based there, you cannot open an account or take out a plan. Where a plan is taken out from there anyway, we cancel it and refund anything you paid.

PostMinder builds a profile of your business, from your website or from the answers you give us instead, and writes your marketing content from it. Nothing goes out until you have approved it.

Your plan sets how many pieces of content we write each month. A piece is one post, article or update, written or rewritten. Planning your month and finding ideas cost nothing. The first 2 rewrites of any piece are free, and the allowance resets on the same date each month (the day you signed up, or once you pay, the day your subscription renews) rather than rolling over. On a yearly plan the allowance is still monthly, and resets on that day each month.

On a paid plan, PostMinder can make a picture with AI for a post that has no photo. Starter includes 5 a month, Business 10 and Pro 30. Each picture counts as one, including Try again. Unused images do not carry over to the next month. AI images are made by a computer: they do not show your business or your work, and PostMinder marks them “AI image” in your account. Your followers will not see that mark unless the network shows one. You decide whether to post one, and it is up to you to check it is suitable first.

Where you connect one of your accounts to PostMinder, you authorise us to publish the content you have approved to that account, at the times you have scheduled it. You can disconnect any account at any time, from your settings, and we stop.

PostMinder uses YouTube API Services to upload the videos you approve to your YouTube channel. By using PostMinder, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

We publish only what you have approved. Some things we prepare and hand to you ready to go instead. A personal Instagram account cannot be published to by any software. We publish a Story only when you choose that on a post, and a Story carries the photo or clip without the words. A video for Instagram is published as a Reel. Blog articles are never published for you either, deliberately, because they go on your own website where the address and the tags have to match how your site is built.

We cannot promise a network will accept a post. Where one refuses or is unreachable, we tell you and the content waits for you.

Everything written for you belongs to you. Keep it after you cancel, edit it, publish it wherever you like. AI images made for you are yours to use, as far as anyone can own them, and we claim no rights in them.

It is also yours to check. The product is built not to invent facts about your business, and it is instructed never to state prices, qualifications, awards, guarantees or statistics it was not given. It is still an AI writing at speed, and it can be wrong. You are the last read before anything is published, and you are responsible for what you publish, including whether it is accurate and whether it complies with the rules of your trade.

We do not promise results. No traffic figure, no ranking, no enquiry count. Anyone promising you those is guessing.

If you give us a website, it must be one you own or are entitled to act for, and the same goes for any account you connect. Do not use the service to produce anything unlawful, misleading, or designed to impersonate somebody else. Do not attempt to break, overload or work around the limits of the service.

Keep your sign-in details to yourself. An account is for one business owner and the plan sets how many businesses it may cover, from 1 on Starter to 3 on Pro.

Every new account starts with a free month: 30 days, with your whole month planned and 10 pieces written. No card is needed to start it.

When it ends, nothing is charged. Your account becomes read-only: everything you made stays there for you to read and copy, but nothing new is written or posted until you choose a plan.

If you choose a plan during your free month, you give your card details to Stripe at that point and move onto the plan straight away. You keep the rest of your free month: your card is first charged on the day it would have ended.

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, in advance, in pounds. Prices include VAT and are shown on the pricing section, with no hidden charges. A yearly plan costs the same as 10 months and covers twelve. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel.

We may change our prices. If we do, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to you. On a monthly plan it applies from your first payment after that notice; on a yearly plan, from your next renewal. You are never charged more for a period you have already paid for. If you do not want to pay the new price, cancel before it applies and you will not be charged it.

You can cancel at any time from your settings. Your plan runs to the end of the month or year you have paid for, and your content stays yours.

We do not refund part of a month or part of a year. If you cancel part-way through, you keep the plan until the period you paid for ends, and we do not charge you again.

You can buy an AI image pack of 25 images for £5.99, or 300 images for £59.90. Each is a single payment and nothing renews. Images from a pack are used only after your plan’s monthly images, and they stay on your account until you use them, while you are on a paid plan. If your plan ends, they wait for you until you choose a plan again, and they go if you delete your account. AI image packs cannot be refunded: your images are added straight away, and before you pay you agree to that and to giving up the 14-day right to cancel.

If a payment fails, Stripe tries your card again over the following days and your account keeps working meanwhile. If it still cannot be taken, your account becomes read-only, as at the end of the free month, until you choose a plan again.

If you are buying as a consumer rather than for a business, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of your first payment and get your money back, on a monthly or a yearly plan. That right is yours whatever the rest of this section says.

If you choose a plan during your free month, you are not charged until the free month ends, and cancelling before then costs you nothing.

To use it, email support@postminder.co.uk within those 14 days and say you want to cancel. No form is needed. We cancel the plan and refund what you paid within 14 days of hearing from you.

If an account is being used for something unlawful, or in a way that damages the service for other people, we may suspend it. We will tell you why, and give you a chance to put it right where that is possible.

The service is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and correct, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, that the content will suit every purpose, or that our AI provider will always be reachable.

We update PostMinder from time to time, and while we do, it may be briefly unavailable. If an update will make it unavailable for more than a few minutes, we will email you beforehand where we can. On rare occasions, for example to fix a security problem, we may need to make an update straight away, without notice.

Where the law allows us to limit our liability, our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

If these terms change materially we will say so before the change applies to you. Continuing to use the service afterwards means accepting the new version.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

If you are a consumer living somewhere else, you keep the benefit of any protections your own country gives you that cannot be signed away. Nothing here takes those from you.
