What’s in a month
Here is one month from PostMinder, post by post. It is for Northside Coffee, a small café we made up to show you. Everything below is the real product, planned and written from ten answers about the café, and nothing in the pictures has been edited.
1. It starts with what it learned about you
Give it your website, or answer ten questions if you do not have one. It shows you what it learned before it writes a word, and anything it got wrong or left blank you fix there. Everything it writes comes from this.

2. Then the month is planned
Northside Coffee’s free month is 10 posts over 30 days, on Instagram, Facebook and Google Business Profile, each on its own day.

3. A mix, not the same post ten times
These are the ten, grouped by what each one is for:
What they sell (3)
“Breakfast and lunch when you want something straightforward”, “Lunch made simple”, “Catering for local events”
Questions customers ask (2)
“Do you have oat milk?”, “Does good coffee have to taste bitter?”
About the business (2)
“Coffee roasted on site”, “Cakes baked every morning”
Why people choose them (2)
“Why roast on site”, “Why regulars coming back matters”
The time of year (1)
“Autumn coffee and cake moments”
It plans from eight kinds of post in all, including your area and the problems you solve, and chooses the mix for your business. A café gets questions about oat milk. A plumber gets questions about boilers.
4. One post, up close
Every post comes with its words, a call to action, hashtags on the channels that use them, and the channel and day it is for. You can change any of it.

And every post says what to take for it: which photos, or for YouTube, what to film. You already have the camera. What usually stops a post is not knowing which picture goes with which words.
Video too, on the Business and Pro plans:
- On Instagram, a post can be your photos or one video you filmed. A video goes out as a reel.
- On Facebook, a post can be your photos or one video you filmed.
- On TikTok, a post can be photos or a video. Switch it and the suggestion is written again to match.
- On YouTube, it is always a video.
Photos or a video in one post, not both together, except on Instagram. Northside Coffee’s free month is photos only.

5. How many posts you get
The free month is 10 posts, like Northside Coffee’s. After that, each plan writes this many a month:
Starter
£17.99 a month
10 posts a month
About two posts a week
Business
£35.99 a month
30 posts a month
About a post a day
Pro
£59.99 a month
90 posts a month
Across up to 3 businesses, about a post a day each
Prices include VAT.
6. Nothing goes out until you say yes
You read each post, change anything that is not right, and press Approve. Nothing is posted that you have not approved.
Then choose its day. Press “Post it for me” and it goes out on that day without you. That already works for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and Google Business Profile. X posts for you too on every paid plan. A post with a link posts itself on Pro, up to 30 a month. Beyond that, and on other plans, it is one tap to send. Where a network will not let software post, it arrives on your phone ready to paste.
7. What it will not do
It is built not to make things up about your business. Awards, years trading, guarantees: it only says what your website or you have told it, and leaves the rest blank for you to fill in.
It will not make videos, or use stock pictures of somebody else’s work. Your own photos and video come first. When a post has none, a paid plan can make an AI image for it, with your title on it.
