Cookies

Only cookies the site needs to work, such as the one that keeps you signed in. There is nothing here to accept or reject, and that is not a trick.

Kept on your own device

Some things are saved in your browser rather than sent to us: a post you have not saved yet, your setup answers until you finish, whether you have closed a tip, and whether your month is still being written. They stay on your device, we cannot read them, and clearing your browser removes them.

If you switch on reminders on your phone, your browser also keeps a small PostMinder file that receives them. Switching the reminders off in Settings stops them, and clearing this site’s data in your browser removes the file.

Why there is no banner

Consent is needed for cookies that track you, measure you or advertise to you. It is not needed for a cookie that does the thing you asked for, and signing in is the thing you asked for.

Every cookie above does a job you asked for, so a banner asking permission would be asking about nothing. We would rather tell you plainly on a page you can read than interrupt you with a box that has only one sensible answer.

What we do not set

No analytics cookies. No advertising or retargeting pixels. No social media trackers. No session recording.

No third-party scripts at all.

If that ever changes, this page changes first, and anything that needs your consent will ask for it properly before it runs.

Turning it off

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them means you cannot stay signed in, so the app will not work, but the marketing pages will read perfectly well without it.

What happens to the data behind that session is covered on the privacy page.
